2025 Youth to Israel Adventure (Y2I)
Student in Good Standing Statement Form

Applicants to Lappin Foundation’s 2025 Youth to Israel Adventure are required to submit a Student in Good Standing Statement Form signed by a school administrator or guidance counselor. The Youth to Israel Adventure includes a ten day, fully subsidized, community teen trip to Israel from June 26 – July 7, 2025.

    This student is in good standing and has not had any form of disciplinary action at our school.

    If this student is not in good standing, we will contact the student's parent for more information.
